My name is J.R. (not Junior), I’m the owner of Blue Ring Studio and currently the only artist and piercer. I wanted to be a tattooist since I was 8 years old. I’ve been in the industry for about 8 years now.
I took a chance and opened my own studio in 2013, and Blue Ring Studio was born. I haven’t looked back ever since I first opened the doors.
Being located directly across the street from the College of Idaho I tattoo in every style. One thing that has stayed tried and true is the fact that every tattoo that comes out of my studio is custom and one of a kind.
Blue Ring Studio also features thousands of different pieces of body safe jewelry, most of which are implant grade titanium to reduce the risk of your body rejecting the piercing. A lot of pieces can also be anodized to change the metal to whatever color you want!
